Truth Isn’t Out There (2026)

cover by Duka

"Truth Isn't Out There" is not just a collection of tracks, but the reflection of an urgent need that I feel can no longer be silenced. The title itself is a provocation, a subversion of the famous slogan that for years convinced us that the truth was "out there," waiting to be discovered.

Today, unfortunately, I have come to realize that "out there" is no longer a shared truth, but a systematic regime of falsehoods, uncertainty, and carefully manufactured doubts.

With this work, I want to denounce the invasion of a manipulated reality. We live immersed in a constant flow of information where traditional media—television, radio, newspapers—have all too often abdicated their role as truth-tellers to serve economic, political, or purely convenience-driven interests. News is no longer a fact, but a tool of control. Actual facts must fight for survival in a sea of falsehoods, uncertainties, and doubts engineered to distract us. Not to mention social networks, which have amplified all of this in the worst possible way.

Adding to this scenario is the shadow of Artificial Intelligence. While it represents a fascinating frontier on one hand, on the other, it has become the perfect engine for the manipulation of truth. It is a mirror that makes us lazier: we settle for what we are served, stopping our search, our deeper questioning, and our doubting.

We are letting ourselves be lulled by a technological convenience that is stripping away our critical thinking. And while we flatter ourselves into thinking we are connected, social networks have become the new courtrooms: spaces born to bring people together that have instead turned into arenas where self-appointed judges pass sentences based on nothing, fueling only malice and misunderstanding.

"Truth Isn't Out There" stems from my need to emphasize that truth is no longer a public good available to everyone. Today, truth is an act of resistance. It is something that resides within each of us, in those who still have the courage to recognize it at their own expense, often despite themselves, paying the price of isolation or misunderstanding.

My music is the story of this inner search: if you have a little time to spare and the desire to delve deeper into the emotions and concepts I wish to express with my music, I offer you a listening guide to “Truth Isn’t Out There “.
